Tracy Moore: Operations

Tracy brings nearly a decade of international supply chain management and logistical analysis to Genesis Worldwide. She is an expert in the identification and development of highly effective models to meet strategic supply chain objectives for the company and its clients, including implementation of new distribution and transportation practices; the integration of outsourcing strategies, informatics and supply chain tracking technologies; operational planning; and state-of-the-art inventory management. Tracy works closely with product development to address critical mobility and logistics concerns to ensure optimal cost benefit models. She is based at the Genesis Worldwide corporate offices in the U.S.
